Hi, I have a V360 and was wondering if there is a way to increase the amount of text messages i can store at once,
I tried p2k (I'm not sure if its the right tool for the job but i have herd about it alot and wanted to check it out anyway) but i cant get it to recognise that my phone is connected to my PC,i guess that's 2 questions really lol.
Any help will be much appreciated,Thanks in advance guys. icon_smile.gif

I am wondering the same thing, is there any way to expand the amount of text messages before you get the message the your memory is low. It only allows like 30 inbox messages before you have to delete it.

I will greatly appreciate someone with the answer.

You can use the menus to set the message storage to the SIM or to the "Phone" It comes set to SIM. Set it to the "Phone" and you should have more capacity.

You need to enable it via seem edit:

SEEM 0032_0001

offset 9A - bit 1: Messages > menu > Message Setup > Text Msg Setup > Store To: (SIM/Phone) (1 on, 0 off)

No you cannot get a menu option on the V3. You have to seem edit to set the location instead

SEEM 0032_0001

offset 40 - bit 6: SMS storage (0 for phone, 1 for SIM)
