Hope someone can help, just upgraded to a x820 from a Sony K700i and one thing is driving me nuts!
In the contact list my contacts often have multiple numbers (home, mobile etc) but the list only displays one and I can not easily see the others.
On the Sony you just pressed the thumbstick to the right or left on a contact and it scrolled through the numbers for a contact. Is there a way to cycle through the numbers for a contact on the Samsung?
Any help much appreciated...

Hi there, simply press the center button aka "i" for the internet access. Then you'll see all the phone numbers, and you can even browse by left and right nav button to see the other contacts.

That's handy, thanks.
Also, is it possible to use a downloaded sound as the message tone? Or does it have to be one of the 10 provided?

Actually you can't, but i'm sure someone will provide a soft that can save, delete, and in general access those protected folders. Then you'll be able to put the sound that you like. But right now it's not possible.
What is the firmware that you have ? (Press *#1234#)
