imagine dealing with customers drunk at work? i bet it'd be easier to deal with the mean ones.

Fight fire with fire, if they are drunk, transfer them to drunk customer service. Usually drunk customer service will promise the moon, but not leave any notes, and not remember what they promised by the morning.

Holy crap you got the Hiccup guy! I work for tmobile and serioulsy no doubt the call center gets him about 5-6 X a week!
He used to have an ATT account. the "brass" flagged his account and cancelled service due to nusainse calls. he used to call customer care 20-30 times a week
