Hmmmm, that is kind of weak, but I guess the habit is as well.

I work for T-Mobile and have been there for 6 years. In those years I have gotten the exact same call 3 times, but from different guys.
They come on the phone and never have an account pop up. Then he says something like "I have a long list of questions to ask you, but I need to look for it. Can you please hold for a long while?" If you say yes, your stuck then. He will come back in EXACTLY two minutes. He will then say he is still looking for it and please hold. Before you can do anything he's gone again. Then after the third or fourth time doing that he comes back, "I'm still looking for it, but please continue to do your most personal things." Then he's gone again. The first time I got this call, like any willing to help rep, I waited. The questions he would ask while he was still looking for the list got more personal. What do you look like? Are you fat? Where do you live? I know that he is probably just trying to get some, you know, satisfaction, but its really weird! I just don't understand it.
