It's very common. Guys going too far with women on the phone. and I hear a lot of calls and guys call in and harrass.

i've had many men ask for my cell phone number. then they get irate when i tell them i'm not allowed to do that. one guy flat out told me he wanted to have sex with me all night long.
those are some lonely ass people that hit on csr's...

one of the fisr projects i ever worked on in a call center we had a reg caller that when ever he got a male that answered the line would hang up and when a female answered he would ask what color panties they were wearing and then would hang up he got the nickname of the panty man

heard of the haircut guy.
i had one guy when i was in OTT, he was screamin' and swearin' and waiting outside a cingular store for it to open so he could cause some trouble. i spent like an hour on the phone, and he ended up calming down and migrating.
after it all, he started talking about how i was cute and he wanted my number or email. it was pretty funny.

I was talkin to a 60 yr old texan widow... she sold her part of the oil patch and decided to travel in her new RV for a while... she was on an old 19.99 local plan...clearly the wrong plan for that kind of use...got her squared off with a better plan with national coverag yadda yadda....
in a typical texan accent... "Yew souns reeel cute hunni!... where dew yew live..." (visions of a gunrack in the back window of the RV dancing in my head)... I told her Minneapolis...she was heading north.....
