It's a bit surprising that even Amazon doesn't have this phone at all... normally they've got everything.

One concern I have it why is Nokia making bigger, larger, more expensive, more bulky phones, while Motorola continues to dominate the market by making a lineup of thin phones that are stylish? (In the US of course.) I'm really disappointed. I mean, Nokia hasn't answered Motorola with a single thin style phone. They need to do something soon, or they'll lose the US to Motorola.

Isn't the US already lost to Motorola? I thought they were already "own" the US market...
*doing a google research*
*searching for "cell phone market us"*
*first hit: mobiledia.com*
hmmm...
Only found a PDF... which I could buy for 3.000 US$... yeah, right...
My personal opinion: Motorola aims for the youth.
I had the chance to get a V3x cheap... but one look at the icons... no way, to immature...
Nokia has their own fashion line, but they ain't as small as the Motorola phones.

Did you know: phones are the only thing men argue about who has the smallest

I seem to remember a quote I read recently by a Nokia rep. with regards to the whole size issue. Apparently they are working on getting to where Motorola is with the small and slim phones, but they just aren't quite there yet. So I guess it's safe to say they are working on it.

I've got a question QD, how much is the N80 going to be with a 2 year plan? The skeptic in me is making me doubt the price on the website.

Motorola has the advantage that they produce microchips for years. That way their cell phone department can work close together with them without any problems.

LMAO...
I prefer having the feel of [not too much] weight over slim when I'm looking for a new phone.

And I want powerful multimedia machines
And with them the size comes... but I've got big pockets
Also that way I know when my phone is missing
