Ok the only way I know how to do this is using a microSD card through a cardreader.
Hook up your microSD to a cardreader through the Transflash adapter, then when windows detects the drive, open the folder to view files.
Goto "My Flix"
Now in order for this to work you have to take the desired video you want to use and convert the file to 3gp format. Nokia Multimedia player is free and converts video files to 3gp so give it a shot. Once you've converted it over then place it into "My Flix" folder.
You should have your videos on your phone after you plug in the MicroSD card.

actually you can do the same thing while leaving the card in the phone. All you have to do is convert your file, and add it to the WMP library. From there, you can place it in the sync list to sync to the phone. That way, you save the hassle of constantly having to take the card out of the phone.

It's actually quite simple, really. Go to www.3gp.com, download a conversion program of your preference, and use whatever means you feel is most convenient to send that newly converted file to your phone. Although I personally stay away from Bitpim, you can use that to drag and drop your file into the My Flix section of your microSD card, or do the same thing manually.
