Also had that problem once, it has something to do with the DLL. Try restarting your phone. But i think theres no harm done on your phone everytime you see the "already in use" stuff.

Download a program called AppMan. With this, you can view any hidden apps that you have running and choose to close which ones you want. There are certain apps which, once installed automatically run in the background when you start up your phone. EProfiles is one of those apps.

Well there's three lists right? There's a running applications list, a processes list and a file list. Ignore the file list.

The applications list will list all applications currently running (this includes the hidden ones, such as Phone Secure. Phone Secure needs to be constantly running for it to work.)

The processes list is basically a list of commands. for example, eprofiles runs as a process rather than an application. Eprofiles does not need to be always open to work, however it needs to be able to tell the phone what to do and how to do it. For example, if you set a certain profile to become active at a certain time, some form of the program will need to be open.

Anyway, if you close the eprofiles process, you should be able to open eprofiles again.

you need a file manager program such as FExplorer or SeleQ. Both are available on my group.
