My phone has water damage and will not work anymore. I think I am due for a upgrade in about 1-2 months. If that is true is there anyways Cingular will upgrade my phone early or am I stuck with paying full price for a phone. Thanks for any help!

They will normally let you upgrade a couple of months in advance.
I wasn't up for an upgrade until November and a rep said she would override it if I wanted to. And this was in July!

I would be wary of doing that unless absolutely necessary. If you upgrade early, you could be agreeing to a contract extension. Just FYI.
I won't swear to that, but perhaps a rep on the forum could verify this one way or the other. Which it could depend on your specific contract as well.
