Hi, This is for Old_Fool and mikekay10 and other guru's ..I need your Help guys !!
The Story...
I have this (UK) T-Mobile Motorola V3 silver from last 20 Months probably from 2004 batch. My contract got renewed and I took unlimted 3G access to data with the deal. V3 is not 3G enabled Phone, so I got V3x from O2 cause T-Mobile was doing it in bright pink colour.
My new V3X from O2 accepted the t-mobile Sim and I can access data without any problem, thou most of the Menu is O2 but atleast its working, so its the secondry issue at the moment.
The Problem is with V3 which I'm trying to sort for O2 Sim, The bloody thing is too tight just like a coconut, Sismea wont open .
What all I have done so far;
I have read all the pages from Unlock section and tried everything...
The place where I think it got stuck was:
I was able to downgrade the bootloader to 7.0D and able to follow these
1) Downgrade Bootloader to 07.D0
2) Flash with the Monsterpack R374_G_0E.40.79R
3) White screen when I turned the phone on
4) Unlock with the Mot_unlocker.exe
5) Flashed the phone with Monsterpack R374_G_0E.42.10R
6) A perfect unlocked & un-branded razr phone
but after step 2 it would still show R374_G_0E.42.10R, I tried to do it several time, same issue. so I used Flashback 2.62 and back'dup PDS. created a Copy and tried to change the settings..It hung on me and wuldnt do anything, waited for almost 2 hrs and then finally powerd it.
Now....
If it is not connected to power nothing comes on display but the keypad keeps flashing. I connect to power and *# power it, shows bootloader 07.D0 but in the S/W section it says "not found".
I try to connect to RSD or Flashbackup to restore it discoonects from the Bootup mode in 10 secs and wouldnt let me restore. I know I can restore the state back by Flashbackup but it just switches off half way through and I know it not the battery cause I have left it charged and running for hrs.
If I leave it in bootmode for hrs without power it stays like that and so I know Battery is okay..why it aborts half way from either of the apps, not sure...
All this hastle to avoid a few bucks....Any help would be highly appreciated..

Thanks for replying back
Well When I try to connect my Phone to the system while it is in Bootloader mode it starts to load it as S Flash Neptune LTE and then RSD shows it connect via USB port. I try to load a MP it runs it for like 7 secs and then it disconnects the phone.
The mobile keypad blinks and nothin comes up on display, this is while it is connected to system, I try *# power, it does nothing. Then I have to connect it to its Power adaptor and Press *# power on and it shows Bootloader Menu again.
This is as far as I can go. , and I try and repeat the same process (

YOu need full charge battery then flash i again.
battery might be low when you flash and that is why it's disconnecting

I doubt it Old_Fool thats the case cause Once I have Powered on the Mobile Via Adaptor and it shows the Bootloader Menu, I have left it running in that state for almost 30 mins and it never shuts down.
Would you know why the Keypad would blink and show nothing on the display. It very annoying actually.

When you flash, the fone need to have battery running it correct?? you battery is low that why it's blinking because it's not enought power to bring up up the bootloader screen.
Bootloader screen will stay on as long as it have power to keep it running, this is the state of the fone that have problem like flash failed.
So just get the battery fully charge then flash it a gain with a monster pack

Hey Old_fool,
Sorry mate didnt get a chance to do the test as we discussed yesterday cause I left the Phone connected to the Power supply all nite and checked this morning and found something.
The Battery is actually faulty or has gone faulty cause after all nite charging it said Battery low cannot update program.
So I found another V3 battery and trying to do the test right now.
The status is.. it still says S/W not found after I MP 42.10, so now I'm Using FB to update the phone with PDS backup I took day before.
It has ran the intial phase and now says Restoring backup from last 7-10 minutes...but it does show Phone connected on the Main Flashbackup 2.62 window, so thats good I guess...
Not sure where we go adter this if it still doesnt work and to make this a little more complicated I have this new Battery for another 8 hrs I guess.
On the Bootloader menu window it still shows loader as 07.0D.

Yes I have tried to Flash it with 42.10, I tried restoring ..it hangs...
When I try to Flash using RSD it flashes but nothing changes after restart, but when I try doing it with FB it aborts the system in 10 seconds and disconnects the Mobile and restarts it.
what can I do next ?
