Exp transfer the remaining part of the contract out of one person name to another with out a penality?

Yes it does. Either go to a store and ask for a Transfer of Liability form or call customer care and we'll send one out to you.

The reason why i ask is the person who account i want to take over said they called into care and they were told that beacuse there is still a contract on the number that it can't be done and that they would be charged a etf

Then they spoke with someone who is probably new. Have the person call and ask for a Transfer of Liability form be sent to them. Cuts down on the complexity.
