No, this still has to be done by the Nokia Care Center.

I have an 6260 I bought in europ. Nokia will not update my firm ware here! Is there a place to send it out side the US, or some way to get it done here? Could it be added to the new software program, or not.

No, the software won't do it.
You might find somebody who has the equipment to do it for a small fee. Ask in local stores, they might know somebody.

Can my friend's restarting problem in 6630 be solved? Nokia care wasn't able to solve the problem even repairing it twice. Is it hardware glitch or software problem?

Hi,
I have a E61 and I can not upgrade the firmware with the software updater. In fact the program is not recognise my phone using CA-53 cable. I mention that the Nokia suite software is working well but is conecting with the phone using the same cable in about 30-45 seconds.
Where is the problem?
