Master reset just resets settings to default - have you done anything else - like delete the moto skin?

a master reset is when it resets your phone into factory default settings and deletes everything and anything on your phone (not including the sim) that means that it will delete your phone book, all your messages, all the games you have downloaded, all the ringtones that youve downloaded, all the pictures you have tooken and downloaded, all the phone calls and recieved calls. and master clear is the exact same thing except it keeps all your settings but deletes all your downloaded and installed files. unfortionatly all these files are impossible to recover, no mater what you do it aint gunna work. sorry about that

A master reset deletes NOTHING - a master clear does everything not marked as system
As old fool says worst case is a monster pack / flex
