Has anyone gotten Client for mac to work with their T300 by IR? I have a PowerBook G4 running 10.2.4. So far, it just says "getting info from phone," but never changes. I even left it connected over night, and the status changed. I have VPC and can use SendFile, but would like to read and send to my phone natively. If anyone has any help or suggestions, it would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I've had no problem connecting to my t68i via IR w/ my firewire G3 powerbook running OS 10.2.5 . Make sure you've gone to your phones "connect" menu and seleted receive item before you try to connect though. My problem lies in connecting via bluetooth using a belkin bluetooth node. It works great w/ iSync, but no dice w/ Client.

Same problem -- unable to beam from my Mac to the phone, although they are connected. Any shareware that will do this?

yeah, what software are you guys using? I turned on my Powerbook G4's infrared port, and the status icon says "Connected (T300)", but nothing happens. I'm not using any software, I thought maybe something would come up. Does iSync work with this phone? I used the menu button and made the infrared port connect, but it didnt have any "receive" option.

Sorry to break it to you, but I have the same problem with my T306 and there is no resolution yet. It's actually a protocol problem. The more popular ericsson phones come with a different IrDa protocol than the T300 or the T306. And there is no client to support this as of yet. If you want more information on this, check out the Ericsson Client home page. I would actually like to see iSync update to handle this problem. Good luck.

Try C-Beam (download it from C-Pen) if you want to transfer pictures with IrDA from a T300/310 to a Mac running OS 9.x. I´ve just got the tip from a discussion in the norwegian forum <www.esato.com> and it works out surprisingly good!

For MacOS X information is provided on Apple's official website, with links to Ericsson Clients at Salling Software:
