no duh...they don't give them out cuz the customer service reps are suppose to try and figure it out beofre they transfer you! if they bgave that shit out, people like you would be calling, and it a simple problem customer care could fix!

I tend to disagree with you, I used to have a updated list back around the start of 06 but have seemed to misplaced it. It's out there, I am just going to have to continue to search for it....
