It's been quiet recently and I got curious cause I found myself responding to a question and going:

Well, its up to you, you can do the HSE and get chg'd and OOW, but if you have equip protect then you can just get chg'd a deduct...

I had to slap myself in the head and rewrite half the post icon_redface.gif icon_squint.gif

It's not the first time I've done it, I get responses to emails from friends going HUH? at me and other places...I know other people have said job leaks to home...so...Yeah, am I the only brainless one icon_biggrin.gif icon_wacko.gif

i thnk here at CSR tlk u can go ahead & do stff like that & we wnt mnd at all.

i actually have the opposite problem (being new)...in one system we have a 255 character limit for notes, and often i find myself having to remove/shorten words to get the whole matter in the note.

LOL @ WebDunce... Well if that's the case...

Tdy I s/w this cust who hd bb8700 and the BIE was down so used ICM, pwcled, can loc and...nm, but yeah a little annoying, but I know what you mean, our PrePaid system allows for 300, so you end up seeing 3 different notes from one rep for one convo -.-

A while back I was logging quite a bit of OT...
I knew it was time to back off the OT when I opened the car door ... heard the "ding" and the first thing that went thru my head was "thank you for choosing ATTwireless my name is....."

I had a friend drunk once get a call from her mum, went through an entire go phone activation... it was sad.

I've never abbreviated regular e-mails or anything like that, but I'm always wanting in account notes to put stuff like, "cust !send txt." That exclamation point's so fun to use... but who uses programming code in notes?
