got a e770 and the serial unlock cable with 9v connector and want to feflash it can anyone tell me wot program will work with my cable to flash it and were can i find the latest firmware

thanks alot. 1 thign when i conect the cable to the phone it automatically starts up. is this supost to happen its never done this with any of my other cables. so im not to sure how to use this 1

- Which serial unlock cable with 9v connector did you get?
- Does this happen when the Optiflash is showing "Power on Mobile" with the cable connected to the pc?
- Is the 9v batt full?

hiya well i recieved a new cable this monrin from another suplier tried it again with sus and it read the phone first time. so there must of been a cable fault.
now i want to reflash it i have the e770 flash (optiflas) and the e770 firmware. if possible i would liek a step by step guide so that i dont screw it up.

im usin sus. theres 2 options for my phone under the model it has e770 then e770 (nand-erase) which 1 of these should i select. theres also another box that is ticked which is nor erase shoudl this be ticked? also theres reserved regions wot does this mean and shoudl i leave them all.
i no im askin alot here but im a newbie and dont wanna be killin my mobile.

If you erase you'll loose every setting and files. If not you keep them. Are those reserved regions for flashing or backingup? Can you make a screenshot?
