Hi there,
yesterday I tried to install a new skin on my RAZR v3 through P2K Commander.
The software recognized my phone, and I saw files and folders, except some folders were invisible : /skins/ and /pictures/ for instance...
Do I have something special to do to see them? Could it be a limitation of my operator?

Go to the options tab and make sure it is set to unlimited files

Just tried, and it was already set to unlimited... too bad...
I just realized the one I have is a V3r, could it be the reason why?

Yes - have you looked in the phones c/ folder rather than a/

Yes,
I experimented some tricks this weekend and it finally worked, even if I'm still a little bit confused : for some stuff, I have to browse c/, for some other, a/ ... but it works anyway, so that's OK...
