Customer Called in disputing roaming charges which appear on his most recent statement. After review, it of course, indicated that these charges are valid! (what else is new) .... Customer states that he was in a hospital and there is no way the phone was used. he'd like to fax in proof that he was in the hospital, what good that would do - who knows. Customer then goes on to inform us that it's the "hospital equipment" sending the signal from his phone registering outside his calling area to which he then incurred these roaming charges.... Customer had the same roaming charges 2 months ago and admitted to have NOT been in the hospital at that time...

the phrase heard the most just before a redneck lands in the hospital (while driving)
"Hang on I want to try something"
