Hi all, first post.
I've been all over the net & also found several threads in here, no one has answered the question yet.
There are a ton of 6010s flooding the market right now, all T-mobile branded, so this question is going to start coming up a lot. They're easy to unlock to make calls, but the WAP settings are locked up tight.
I'm just going to bookmark this thread and check back every few days to see if anyone has figured it out yet.
In the meantime, I give up, and I'm giving this phone to an older relative. If anyone ever figures it out, I'll get another.
It would be a pretty nice phone with adjustable WAP settings. I have a 3595 (same phone different model #), and with Opera 2.0 lo-fi loaded, it's quite a capable GPRS web browser.

Oh I forgot to point out to those who are unfamilliar: Tmo locked up the WAP settings. We can't see them, we can't get to them. We don't need to know what the settings should be, we need to know how to get access.

Of interest to this thread, that no one seems to care about but me, here is what Nokia says on their own page about the phone as a CYA:
| Quote: | Your service provider also may have requested that certain features not be activated in a phone. If so, they may not appear in the phone's menu. Contact your service provider about feature support and availability.
(2) Some Mobile Internet WAP services have been pre-configured/specified by the mobile service provider |

And here is a pretty good thread that says the only way to do it is to reflash the phone. I don't believe it though. All that needs to be done is to have the lock removed on the editor, and then Nokia could send settings via MMS.
