Hi @ all
first of i want to say that my English is not very good, but i'll try my best.
I am from Germany, Munich.
I bought a pink V3 for my girlfriend with a vodafone callya package.
I know that this phone is simlocked, but i also knewd that is very easy to unlock a normal V3.
My problem is that this Phone is not a regular V3. I read in this forum that the phone i bought is a V3r or V3v.
Is there any possibilty to unlock this phone by software, by no using a testpoint, a hardware box or paying 100€?
Here my Bootlaoder Version:
Bootloader
0A.30.
SW Version:
R4515_G_08.BD.62R
I flashed this phone with a retail flash file and it worked, so i have no vodafone branding so long.
If someone can help me to solve this problem, i would be very pleased.
When i try to insert another Sim-Card the phone says: please enter the subsidy code. Does anybody knows how to find out this code without calling vodafone or paying 100€?

There is no way around it, you need to test point before unlock, there is free software that can unlock it out there still you need to test point then use the software to unlock

do you have a step by step guide (pictured) how to unlock this phone with a testpoint?
Where is that test point? Where can i find this unlocking tool/software?

Sorry, my mistake, this software does not support V3r or V3v, so you would need to have hardware or paid software!!!

I have just got the test point software for the V3r unlock, except the pictures on the picture 'instruction' dont show you the V3r, im a bit concerned about using it, and havnt got a clue where im sposed to stick the screw driver! It seems so confusing! the shop unlock would cost £20, for that i may aswell sell this one and get the money towards the right mobile network! thye software is called Usb cyclone easy tool v39 ...so dont even know how to use it, there is no clear instructions

Why pay when you can get it yourself and unlock as many phones as you want, being your own wholesaler

Hi I have the same problem too. I need to flash like you but cant find the file. I want to get the 02 off the fone. Maybe you would like to share me your software? By the way your English is very good.
