I used to have password to my memory card nd unfortunately i forgot my password. And the same time i formatted my phone by pressing *,3 nd the green button on left side . Please help me i do have imp info in that card please help me to unlock the card

Since you've formated your phone there is nothing you can do (a copy of the password was saved in a textfile on the phones memory).
But you might be able to format the card within a digital camera (a card reader won't do the job, it would ask for the password)

Thanks for ur info i will format in digital camera . Could u plz help me that if there are any data recovery software that works on phone to recover the deleted files in mmc(free softwares) plz help

They normally automatically do what you do manually: seek the mmcstore file on the c: drive and extract the password.
(which is of course gone when you format the phone)
