It was working fine for the last two months and five days ago the troubleshooting started out of the blue. i tried to master set it and master clear it and still doing the same. in the begining used to do that in one out of four calls i made or receive. i installed p2k and fooled around with the gain table and now i only get the trouble shooting when i recieve calls only. this is very strange plz help.
Thanks

Restore a default gain table and see if that helps.
There is a stock file pack at http://www.planetmotox.net/razr_v3i/flexlash.php

It contains all the files of a stock moto as shipped. Extract the gain_table.bin file and transfer it to your phone

Use p2k man - but I thought you had modified the gain table before? If not then it is almost certainly a hardware problem

i used p2k advanced editor with the motorolla driver installer. it does not have a transfer file option.
if it does not work after restoring the gain table would it be a hardware problem and how do u fix a hardware problem.

Ok use p2kman to do the transfer
If it still gives you a problem then yes it is likely to be hardware. Either the cable is damaged or loose or replace the speaker
