i got my data cable from ebay for my d820 and iam having so much trouble i cant seem to get it to work
in my phone what should USB Setting be set to? Modem, Mass Storage or Pictbridge :S
atm i have it on Mass Storage but once i connect/dc it sets it back to Modem as default this normal?
ive installed the drivers + pc suite v3 and when i load pc suite v3 it asks me what im connecting the phone to the pc, i select USB and plug it in but it never seems to find it
someone help?

The phone must be on Modem to sync with PC Studio 3.

It could be 4 things:
- You didn't install the drivers correctly
Reinstall them?
- It's the wrong cable
Does the phone charge when connected?
- Your pc doesn't like PC Studio
Try it on a different pc
- Your phone has a factory fault?
I doubt that

working now i did a complete reinstall of pc studio and the drivers
i cant seem to get it to work
