I am a pretty good stalker...
And you know what I hate?? Being switched in BCV/CSE queues all day long call after call. boooo
oh and that scary voice that beeps in before getting a BCV call. ohhh that iritates me lol

that stupid bcv voice is SO freakin creepy... its been like 6 or 7 weeks since i've had to answer more then one call a day so its an awesome break from having to take calls thats for sure. these guys in abay keep me busy though.
