Hi all,
I received "Call Rejected" error message when calling a friend of mine, and only receive that error message when calling to her. All other numbers work fine.
What happened? Could she block my number? But how? Is that a service provider thing? Or a phone's feature?
Thanks.

I called her with pay phone this morning, the connection didn't go through.
So, does that mean she is in another country (ie her SIM card is not in the US.)
Thanks

Or she just has turned her phone off.
If she is outside the US and her phone is turned on and she has roaming activated with her provider, than the call should reach her, otherwise it wouldn't make sense for her to turn her phone on because it couldn't connect to a network.
If not, it's just like her phone is turned off.

But if her phone is turned off, it should go to her voice message instead of receiving "Call Rejected", no? Pay phone doesn't work either.
What if she is outside of the US, and she does have have roaming activated?
Also, could it be due to non-payment, and her service provider blocks all her incoming calls?

When she is outside the US and everything is fine, every call should reach her.
I'm not familiar with US contracts, so I don't know what happens when you receive a call outside the US. Here in Germany both have to pay for the connection. If it is the same in the US, it might be possible she rejects all calls to prevent unessary charges.
And if she doesn't pay she should still be reachable, but would be unable to make calls.
