Is this possible? I remember reading about it somewhere a couple of weeks ago and now I can't find it anywhere?
I hate MOTO too.

No.
Everytime you use WAP/WIX on your phone, it will use data. Nothing is free...not even google.

because you are using the network to transfer data...you use it you pay for it...be it a data plan or not
