the one thing that gets me is when the customer is trying to either make changes to their account or are trying to order an upgrade or replacement but it appears as if they are at the party of the year because of all the noise in the background.... oh yeah thats a lot of fun for us the reps. nothing i love more then hearing your drunk screeming friends livin it up!

The most annoing thing that customer do is they call in when they are in the restroom either doing the number 1 or 2 and you get to hear it all in the headset hear the cust grunt and groan when takeing a dump thats just rude and disgusting

or that they are screaming at their kids or their working. i love it when receptionists are on the phone with me *rolls eyes* "yeah i was.. hold on a sec *hold music advertising whatever car company they work for* okay im back... i was wondering if i can get an upgrade on my phone... again could you hold *more annoying hold music* thanks soo much" okay so you get the whole thing set up and get to the payment of it all "okay here is my card number.. im soo sorry could you hold again *more hold music* oh you know what im just going to go buy this in a store.. THANKS **CLICK**

and other csr wil agree with me on this , the MOST anoying thing a cust can do/say "THE GUY AT THE STORE SAID "

oh DUDE i hate when the first thing out of there mouth is the last rep said or the store rep said... as soon as i hear that all i want to do is bash my head against my cubicle!

usually if they tell us "care said" or "the store said" or "another rep said" the most common thing we ask is "if they told you this then why are you speaking with me?" they usually say "because they said that you could do it" yeah LOTS of pressure!!!!
or when a customer calls in for an upgrade and its not the pricing they want to hear so they cuss you out like its your fault the pricing is that way! okay with phone specific companies (like that only that providers phones work on that provider) they judge your rebate status on phones by how long you have had that exact phone on that exact line! so anytime you switch the phone for any reason it resets the rebate status reguardless of what the reason is and reguardless of how long you have been a customer (dont call sales to correct this and gripe because sales cannot fix or change this!... contact care!)

what drives me bonkers is like wailiing babies and crying kids.. the most hilarous calls tho parents are yelling at or chasing kids around house to whoop them for misbehaving. I remember one call it was totally hillbilly ghetto I could hear this kid crying because they were going to whoop the kid (probably after they hung up the phone) and they were telling the kid to pick a good switch.. I was like OMG!!!
They converted my dept from ssg to wsc and it's not quite as exciting you still get funny calls.. but not the myraid of calls you get from just the "first 30 days dump" we got activations dump (and we couldn't manually activate a phone) and my favorite transfers from people from our same dept.. if you need cust care you can't transfer with the number customer's call.. I hate that number transfer my people all the time to collections and explain the whole problem to them and they are like "I'm in collections dept"

they always want something for free. the dont understand we are a for profit company and that the service we offer does not come free. i dont go to finish line and ask for a free pair of shoes becoz i have shopped there for 10 years now do I.
