with the news and technology as well as information at hand there should be no excuse for that amount of ignorance , its not like its 1902 and you have to wait 3 years to hear about somthing that happend on the other side of the country

I hate it when customers get transferred to me and talk for 20 minutes about how long they've been on the phone today. If you would shut up for 2 god damn minutes I could've gotten you off the phone 15 minutes ago!
