okay so at the moment the most annoying thing that i find that customers do is one of two things... one they call in to complain about something and dont let u answer anything they ask... they will just ramble on and on and on... man that iritates me. the other thing that maybe not annoys me but i dont understand is when u are talking to a cust and u ask for there wireless number then u hear beep-beep-beep-beep-beep-beep-beep-beep-beep-beep. okay well i dont know about u but i didnt take beep 101... so it blows me away that they well enter it in the phone... its like uhm hello i am a person not a machine!~ seriously how annoying.... well thats it

me neither, but today someone asked if i was a machine or a real person. from her tone, i actually think she was serious!
it's kinda like when i give someone a toll free number to put it in their phone and they don't have pen and paper, so they punch it in their phone
me: 1-800-blah-blah
them: ok, hang on, beep-beep-beep-beep

Nah - Worst part:
Me: Ma'am, what type of phone are you using?
Customer: A T-Mobile Phone.
Me: I understand that ma'am, but what kind of phone - Motorola, Nokia, Samsung?
Customer: No, none of those - It's a T-Mobile phone, it says so on the screen.
Me: *head hits keyboard*
