So far this phone is a piece of crap. I FINALLY (after uninstalling iTunes software) got my ringtones on the phone but it only holds as many ringtones as my old razor. I'm thinking there must be a way to bypass the iTunes program/software and upload songs on the phone but I've not yet figured out how. Also it seems that since it has a memory card that it should hold more ringtones than my old razors but so far it does not. It does have a few songs on it somewhere that were installed when I had iTunes on my computer but I can't figure out where they are. iTunes is a pain in the butt! I couldn't even use my Motorola Phone Tools software when iTunes was installed that is why I removed iTunes. So............. so far this is no better than my old razors except it's a pain in the butt trying to figure out. Also the skins are hideous and I don't know if the skins can be changed on the V3i or not. I would definitely say as of now I am NOT happy with this phone and would not recommend it to anyone.

i actually have the same problem. I can't figure out how to upload songs on iTune.
