OK, what makes me want to scream is this: Cust calls in all p.o.'d because his/her bill is double what it normally is. Of course they sent the payment late and now they are being billed for 2 months. I had a customer screaming at me wanting to know why his late payment was not reflected on his bill. I told him we didn't know that he was going to pay his bill late when we printed up his current bill. Uuuuggggghhhhhhh! Have these people never paid bills before?

ive hade like 4 calls today where grown adults dont know how to budget their bills so they want the billing due date changes, and then trow a fit when you tell them what their next bill will look like, . im sorry my my car payment is due by the 28th and my rent is due on the 1st, i cant cover that with one paycheck , so i B-U-D-G-E-T
Oh and aslo people who talk like they are asking a question?
like when you ask for the last for of the ssn the say "1234?"
