I was using the sidekick for a couple of weeks, and forgot to plug it in to charge one night, when i went to charge it, it was off but flashing the low battery thing. When i plugged it in, the chaging indicator did not come on, it never charged and it stayed on the charger for almost a day. Has anyone else had a problem with it that may know another option that having to send it back to them, because i'm stuck overseas for another month...

Tmobile has an international toll free tech support number you can call for help. If you can get internet access its on the tmobile website under the international roaming section. Sorry I do not know it off the top of my head. It sounds like you need to talk to tech support.

Yea, I tried to get help with them twice, all they said was send it in, they didn't even try to fix it over the phone.

Try another charger and another battery - If that doesn't work, it's the phone. There is very little in situations like this that T-Mobile can do over the phone other than making sure you already did certain things.

Thanx, but i'm in the netherlands, and they haven't even seen the phone, so i can't get a battery for it, or a charger. So i have to wait until i get back to the US, so annoying

I'm sorry about that, it really sucks. Is there any way you can get a battery or charger off the internet and have it sent internationally?

I can't get it sent from the tmobile site internationally, and it costs an arm and a leg to ship over here. I just have to wait till i get back, see if the new charger they sent works, if not i'll send it in.

Thats a known issue with Sidekick 3s the only way it will get fixed is if you get a handset exchange if your still under warranty.
