Go to http://developer.motorola.com/?path=1.2.6.30 download and install Motorola USB driver and use it to clean and reinstall drivers

another problem is that I cant work too much with my phone because I cant charge my phone until my phone is not starting i dont know haw to charge it I can charge it only for a small time when I turn it on flash mode and it is charging only for 1-2 min work

It should charge when phone is turned off and charger plugged in

yep I try that and I think it is chaging there is not showing any singn but I think it is charging now I am going to let it charge for a while time and then I will try to install a drivers.
And for installing drivers with motorola usb driver do it need the phone to be connected?

yeah - it will start the new hardware wizard - but run the program first
