Hi
I have some problems with my e550 and i cant start phone it shows only white-black screen and when i try to get on flash mode it shows ony white screen ,and when I try to flash or flax my phone it is not recognised from RSD_LITE_2_7 Multiflashflex and when i try to connect with p2k command ore pst and the programs are not responding
pleaseeee if someone can help mee

pleasee if someone knows something about this problem please help me the problem come after i put some skins and delete moto skin

You should never delete the moto skin.
You have to get the phone recognised in order to flash with a flex / monsterpack. Is not recognised in bootloader mode?

thnx for responding und sory that im late in answer
yes it is recognised in bootloader mode but when I open multiflashflax program it is nbot recognising my phonethere is showing no device.
und I have not smart clip can I do something without smartClip device???

Are you using RSD Lite or PST? Try RSD Lite

yes i try with RSD lite 2.7 und it show no device
to connect with my pc do i need SmartClip device?
