my friend was unlocking my phone and somthing happen to it. now the keypad lights up but the screen remains blank. nothing works on it at all. he said that he was flashing a monster pack onto it b/c he was having problems with it working on my att sim card. i am lost on what to do.

Can you get into bootloader at all (hold * and # while starting the phone)?
Does RSD Lite recognise the phone

the bootloader does not come up at all. rsd lite does recognize the phone as a s neptune blank.

Did you make a pds backup?
If not you need someone with a smartclip to rebuild the pds - look for a post by old fool and send him an email if you are in the US

YOu can not use back up form other fone, PDS is IEMI specific!!!

hey there OLD FOOL, someone directed me to you for help. i have a razr v3 silver , i flashed it a month ago and when i restarted the phone i just stayed dead.
I have a brand new battery, and also i have follow the steps *,# and power on and it only lights up the keyboard for 2 or 3 seconds and goes off again. I tried repstudio but it says phone not connected " since its off and i cant power on"
i was hoping that u may know a way to fix this.
i have been wihout a phone for a month and i need to fix my razr.
please, can u help me ?

I have respond to you in motox and in Hofo too.
you will need to find some one with smart clip or ultima box to repair the PDS for you, repstudio don't work with V3 but you welcomr to try.
You need to test point it so that software can see it.
