If it wants a code then the phone is locked. Unless you have tmobile the phone is useless. I suggest returning it or get tmobile service.

here u have the solution
1. Insert your non-TMobile sim card
2. The phone display says "Enter the code".
3. Press the "X" button.
4. You will see the menu.
5. Choose the left-up angle button.
6. Choose "setting"--->"network"--->"scan and select manually".
7. The phone will search for your network.
8. When it finds your network, you can use the phone to make calls
working for me.
just have a trouble you cant read text messenges.

I bet you've done nothing. Its posts like this that make people think it can be unlocked. Just leave the subject alone. And watch the language on the forum.
