My whole problem is how the Cell phone companies are EXEMPT from the same laws that caused Microsoft to be fined and split. Microsoft was "exclusively" using specific hardware that "other" manufacturing companies couldn't use so thus "MONOPOLIZING" the hardware and was fined.

All phones can be unlock. Its best if you say you dont know where to get it unlock. Just search google to free your phone.

yhat works for most phones but when you have an operating system such as the sidekicks built around a carrier you lose features when you unlock the phone. you are doing nothing to the os which will not function properlu outside of tmobile.

search around. youll see that you can unlock the voice portion of the phone but the data side will not function correctly. im not trying to be smart or anything here. just state the facts.
