I baught the cable but wen i installed it my pc onley said unknown device.And how do u get the drivers files i just dnt get the files.Help plz anybody thank u so long.

They normally come with a driver cd. they need to be installed first, than the drivers for the cable manually (available on the Nokia website) and than PC Suite.

Manually means: download them, install them.
Normally the drivers come with PC Suite, but for these cheap cables it is said it's better to install them separately
