I bought a razr3 unlocked and I have cingular. I was told by cingular I should not have bought said phone because it must be from over seas and that is why it is not working. It has no "web access" anywhere in the phone. I has something called vodafone live. Cingular had me make a new internet profile but it only loops and does not really work.
I also can not get the usb cable to work with it, and I have no idea what is wrong, I have spent more time trying to get the web to work.
I guess I need to know is there a way I can fix it or do I have no choice but to send it back.

If nothing else work all you have to do is flash it with a Cingular Monster pack or a Cingular flex

For flashing, use the planetmotox.net monsterpack and Google PST 6.7 General, (its on a .ru page.... Shhhh....) and the patch for it then use the Multi Flash flex guide on planet moto x
