thats about all i can think to say about this one!
okay what on earth possesses a person to call in to a cell phone company to estabilish service and then get an attitude when they get asked if they have a credit card. now granted some places dont require one but most people should expect that! i mean i never even attempted to order anything over the phone before i got a debit card at least!
then another thing why must people insist on complaining about a deposit? if you are setting up for service with a company and they run a credit evaluation dont sit and argue with the rep when it comes back that you have a deposit. its not the reps fault that you have one. they arent narrowing you out to have one. and they dont hate you. when setting up a new account and you have a deposit and your not satisfied with that simply decline to set up for service at that time. go set up small credit card accounts with like the gap, walmart, ect. and then try again in a year or so!

yeah thats a pain as well... or like when the customer knows you have an avs (address verification system) that checks to see that the product is getting sent to the same address as their credit card is billed to and yet they want to argue with you saying that they want the phone sent to a different address. thats not possible when you are using a order system with the AVS. oh and for furter information the website is the same way! the only to avoid the AVS is to visit a store!

I hate people who are crooks and they call in like dozen times hoping that a dumb rep will do whatever it is they need done. and they argue each time like it's going to change company policy like something they have to pay for that they did etc.

Yep some of them are a trip!! I had a lady today, now she is telling me we should credit all the downloads the person who "stole" her husband phone charge.. approx $125.00 in downloads in a short time. Ok , no problem we can go back and credit 48 hrs prior to the phone being suspended. So I tell her which one's/amt/date of dl's etc I am crediting.. She wants it all, first she tries to tell me a Corporate store rep told them we wouldn't suspend the line without a police report!
Now, there are "some things" I buy, THAT would NOt be one of them.. Anyway before the conversation ends she is telling they had been calling, actually talking to the "quote girl that stole the phone" for over 1 week before they bothered to call and suspend..Now, ok did ya not think that person is using what you my dear are going to have to pay for or what??? ? Account was 3-4 yrs old, I would hope one had figured out minutes, overage charges, etc after that length of time!!
The real end of story kicker was when she's telling me just how much she liked the ringback tone the girl set up on the phone..I was laughing so hard, I almost fell out of my chair.. Hey, ya gotta love them ! And of course, we are to stupid to figure out your possible stories!!
