I am sorry to bother you but I am desperate.
I attempted to FlashmyV3i after downloading and installing Xcode 2.4 and I am using Mac OS X 10.4.8.
I got an error on the phone

And the flash just didn’t happen.
I am using a Moto V3i
Bootloader 0A.30.
Software version R47A_G_08.D8.88R
I was trying to flash with monster pack
R47A_G_08.D8.85R_PDS005_LP0039_DRM0101_VSTGER206_JPJAVA_G_08_V3iiT_06_ 0_01R_GSPSLQATE0B9_1FF.sbf
Problem is now my phon starts up with a black screen and only the battery and bell showing in the top right corner and some other icon top left corner.
I cannot get anything to work ie. Menu, screen etc. Occasionally the picture I had as desktop originally flashes on for a second or two when I open the flip but then the screen reverts to blank.
I am a newbie to phone modding and I guess I should have learnt more before I started and backed everything up first but I didn’t and now I am paying the price I guess.
Can you help me to fix this phone ... Please I do not want to throw it I only just bought it.

If it's locked, ican unlock it. If you brick it, I can fix it

I don't use Mac so can not help you there. but if you could try to flash it with RSD lite 2.5 on a XP OS system.

When flashing motorolas and what else have ya you must use a pc coz macs havn't had a long time past of being compatible for such jobs, which is why with PCs there are many unlocking & flashing software, coz PCs & Macs have diffrent prephiral layout on the Serial, Parellel, USB etc coz basiclly the MAC is a form of PowerPC, i'm not sure about the G4&5 but i kno the earlier macs like the 1s with OS 7.5 etc like you would find on the black PowerBook Macs from American Movies etc

you should of gotton a v173 or something first there cheap and you wont cry whey you frag it. i started with a v360 i bought on ebay for 10 bucks lol

if all else fails, ask old fool if he can fix it, I don't know if he has the hardware for the v3i, but he does have the hardware for v3s

Sounds like a skin problem to me. I would try a different monsterpack

I was told you are the one to come to for help. I have I guess the other version of the V3 its the V3 but with the firewall of a V3r. So I cannot unlock it via usb or remote. I would need to unlock by testpoint or smartclip. I would be very appriciative if you would help me.. I am willing to pay a fee for your services. Thank you for your time.
