hey i need some assistance as to how you go about upgrading the firmware for the w810i. i read on another forum that it has the solution for the low audio problem and what not. any help would be greatly appreciated

Google search 'davinci' or 'wotan' and you can go from there.
Are you branding it to Cingular? If you are, I heard there are some "bugs" on the latest version, even if you do get it from SEUS.

hey thanks for the help but when i googled those 2 words i didnt' get anything about phones
i dont know about the cingular thing your talkin about...as i said i read that the low quality sound from the w810i is due to a firmware problem and that if you upgraded the firmware this problem would be fixed...so that's what i need to know and how to do it

Other people have said that it fixed their problem. I never had a problem with the earpiece volume being low for me, so I never bothered to upgrade its firmware. So I can't comment on that.

actually it's the volume of the phone without the earpiece....but is there any tutorial on how to upgrade the firmware and how to find out which one i have...sorry but i'm new at this...so any help will be really appreciated
