Hi can anyone help me ive only had my phone for two days and the sound has suddenly stopped working although the sound does play when i turn it on and also the keytones work too?

check your audio settings the volume could be turned down, also try playing files in the sounds player

In that case check your audio settings as smoke says. If they are correct take the phone back
