This is within the video setup menu? Because 21 secs is exactly the time I get when storing to phone memory.

Some one please help, i just got a krzr, black k1 whatever and i have put music mp3's on it. It;s works well when i play songs from the menu, but when i touch the outside sensor buttons nothing works

check in your menus for a setup for it, you may need to turn that feature on.

Yes, I have the same, but Motorola said that KRZR records up to 25 min.
Maybe Krzr has a SEEM configuration to change this.

But you need to store to the memory card - not the phone

Hey, i checked with verizon people and they said that the krzr cant use the outside buttons to start mp3 player but just to control when you have started from inside. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew how to make mp3 ringtones for your phone. I have heard of some thing called bitpim but i don't know how it works so can someone please help me.

The Motorola instruction manual i have (pdf) says that this phone supports Email. page 64 shows an Email setup under Messages:Options>Setup>Email Msg Setup.
I have Cingular. Does anyone have this because my phone does not.
