Samsung D807 file transfer - Operation is not supported

i have a d087 and my screen got damaged, so i bought the data cable and i can tranfer all my files from my old phone to my computer but i when i hook up my new d807 it wont allow me to transfer my files to the new phone, i get "operation is not supported", what should i do/ did any else have this problem?

install correct drivers? are you using the samsung software?? i'd also check the places where your trying to store the info (phone book, are the ringers or games going in the correct folder)

yes im using samsungs pc studio 3 and im putting the files into the right folders. i can pull files off the phone but when it comes to putting files back on the computer, i get the invalid operation error[/quote]
