Edit the gain table to increase the volume.
First follow the guide to getting connected using p2k programs in the tutorial section
Then use GPTE from http://www.mooload.com/new/file.php?file=files/221006/1161525466/GPTE_ v1.0.5.zip to increase the gains - it should be pretty straightforward

The Earpiece has slight changes, I noticed that with my Razr, so try turning it up one notch each time till you get a distorition free loud earpiece.
