I finally figured out how to use the P2k program on my RAZR... I got rid of the pictures and Videos that were on the phone when you get it... I also tried getting rid of the skins, thinking I won't be needing them, but the symbols on my menues disappeared. The buttons on my home screen don't work either, and, after experimenting and removing another skin, are now gone. I didn't think about making a backup since I didn't think I'd need one... Anyone know where I can get the skins?
Thanks.

You need to restore the moto skin
It is in the downloads section at www.motomodders.net

I checked the website and couldn't find the original Moto skin, so I took the Matrix one, since it said it was compatible with the V3. Under the files, no picture files have the menu symbols, I assumed that it was in the .dat or .ski files (I have no experience with cell phone modding). I saved the files under c/mobile/skins/moto. I have, unlike my mom's phone, an 'a' and a 'c' folder, or drive, not quite sure.
So, is there a specific skin I need to use? Do I need to save it under /matrix instead of /moto? Do I have the right folder?

I managed to get the skin, and, voíla, it works! Thanks for the help!
I really like the Matrix skin, though. When I use it, though, it uses some of the other pictures. How do I fix that?

Unless the matrix skin comes with the icons, you'd have to break down the flash file (if its a flash file install) otherwise you'd have to create your own flash file to make it a directory in the phone

The problem might be that the skin isn't for V3... Though, it works partially. The website doesn't state which phone it's for.
Thanks for all the help.
