I'm looking for the drivers for the data cable to an LG CG225. Does anyone know where to find them and have them actually work?

I would also like these drivers. I bought the data cable for my girlfriend's phone, but I cannot seem to get it to recognize. I've got the LG drivers that I got with my VX-8300's cable and my VX-7000's cable, but that's irrelevant. When I plug the CG-225 into my computer (and two other computers I've tried) it doesn't recognize it as a valid USB device. I get the error "The USB device has malfunctioned." or something to that effect. Is there a setting on the phone that I need to enable to allow USB communication? I can't seem to find a "service menu" of sorts. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry, I was looking for the same drivers.
Here's a couple of places that are selling them (along with the cable). Don't know if they work or not... I'm going to continue looking - they must be provided somewhere!
I just got my cable in, and am in the same boat. We need someone who has the driver to make it available, ...pLeAsE...come out of 'ing.

You can download the USB driver for free from this web site if you already have the data cable. I don't know if the driver works, but you can give it a try. Also, PC to Mobile software is available for free on this site.
I couldnt get it to work. Someone else try. Thanks so much RunnerGirl for letting us know of that site.

I've been searching for a USB or Serial Cable driver for hours today. This is getting really frustrating! Other Global LG web sites post the software downloads (see the example from the UK below).
Unfortunately, the CG225 doesn't appear to be marketed in any other country besides the USA. The LG site for the USA doesn't have the software and drivers posted. ARGH!! I sent a support request to the US LG site and requested that someone post the CG225 driver on the site. Maybe if a bunch of people ask for the driver, maybe LG will post it. See US site below.
