Hi Friends,

I have a Nokia 6230i phone and I get lot of sms everyday. I don`t want to delete all the good sms to get new ones due to inbox space constraints. Is there any way that I can save all the sms in my memory card ? Can I create a folder in memory and transfer/move all the sms from inbox to the folder created in the memory card ? Pls reply.

Dear all,

This is my first replay in this good forum:

> I have nokia 6630, but I think its same menu with the mobile what you have:
>if you have memory card, you will be able to save as much as it's capable.

First of all go to the messages> options>settings >other> after choose
No. off saved msgs.( make sure to maximize it to 999)
Memory in use: change it to your memory card name.

-don't think its only for sent messages, you can make sure if you go to your inbox again your upper logo will be changed looks like memory card, not envelop.

Good luck,

I thought your > at the beginning of two sentences were quotes...

Saving messages on the memory card works only on Smartphones like the 6630, normal phones don't have the option.
